Heather Mah teaches meditation, dance, yin yoga, and movement and stretching classes, in both Montreal and Quebec City. In summer 2018, she held a sold out yoga and dance retreat, and also ran an intimate autumn country retreat. Beginning 2019, she will be offering Yoga classes for cancer patients in Montreal and, in Québec City she will be offering a new 10 session series of Yoga dance.
In 2005 she received a B.A. with distinction (Psychology) and a coaching certificate. In her ongoing coaching practice, she uses the wellness practices of meditation, movement/dance, and yin yoga and works with individuals to define goals, find balance, and develop personal awareness and knowledge. Her mission is to bring out the innate somatic and spiritual intelligence in everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. All to maximize one’s experience of well-being and life.
Still active in dance, Heather has received support to choreograph and perform an evening-length solo performance for spring 2020. Throughout her career, she has performed with the most innovative contemporary dance companies in Quebec: la Compagnie Marie Chouinard, la Fondation Jean-Pierre Perrault, Danse Cité, Pierre-Paul Savoie Danse, Lucie Grégoire Danse, la Compagnie de Brune, Le Carré des Lombes, Dominique Porte, Carbone 14 (sous la direction de Gilles Maheu) et Pigeons International, to name a few.

Individual life coaching, focusing on increasing awareness, clarity, motivation and overall well-being through the practices of meditation, breath, visualization, talk and exercises.
An evening length solo project to be choreographed and performed by Heather in spring 2020. More to be announced at a later date.
