Lenke Sifko

Lenke currently manages the Animation & Design Arts programs at Langara College. With a background in visual applied arts, communication design, and brand development, Lenke spent almost two decades working in the digital media field – both locally and internationally – on a diverse selection of projects, including a sculptural piece for the Université Lyon, France (2009), Artist in Residence, Nest Gallery, Netherlands (2009), video installation New Forms Festival (2010), and an artist in residence at the Banff Centre for the Arts. She also works extensively in web, print, design, and brand consultation and development. Lenke has held senior creative positions with the TED Conferences LLC, Procreation Design Works – working with National Geographic and the Longnow Foundation, as well as running her own design company, Pixel Ink Creative.
