Natalie Dragland is a second-year Clinical Somatic Educator-in-training based in Vancouver, British Columbia. With a background in kinesiology and neurology, she has taught therapeutic modalities that focus on movement education for over 10 years. In 2014 she was introduced to Essential Somatics; this opened the door for new realizations and fundamental changes in her own life.

Natalie is dedicated to helping others discover their own sensory motor amnesia through self-sensing and the transformative power of pandiculation. Through private Clinical Somatic sessions and Essential Somatics® Movement classes, Natalie introduces clients to the possibility of significantly improving their chronic pain, mobility issues, and rehabilitation of injuries or surgeries. Drawing on her own experiences, Natalie also has a strong interest in working with people who are not in physical pain, but want to prevent injuries, improve posture, and enhance their emotional and mental well-being through movement. Her teachers are Martha Peterson, Theresea Evans and Laura Gates.
