** Request the Zoom link no later than one hour before class.

Registration is by Donation! Suggested donation of $10 per class.

Stay in your pyjamas! Bring your coffee! Do it with your family!

Come and join Martha, friends and family for a stimulating Sunday starter. All you need to do is either connect your computer to the internet and place it in front of a space where you can stretch out on a yoga mat or join Martha in-person at the OHM yurt studio.

From there, you can easily follow along as this class is gentle yet just the right amount of challenge for all levels and body types.

Each class starts sitting in a chair for some deep breathing and gentle stretching. This is followed by more dynamic movement which leads into restorative relaxation on the floor. From there, your Sunday has begun.

Martha loves teaching this weekly class to friends and family around the world. It’s not only a great way to start the day, but also a wonderful way to stay connected regularly while sharing a common quest for health and wellness and fun.

We also offer a ‘Pay it Forward’ option: pay $125 for 9 classes.
This adds a little to the class price to support the efforts of our non-profit, and those in our TOPS community who are experiencing financial stress. If this is something you can do, thank you!!

Donations
can be made during registration OR via the donation button below.

HOW TO: Click the ‘Register Now!’ button if you’d like to register for 1 or 2 specific class dates (you will be given an option to donate) OR click the ‘Registration Donations’ button to pre-pay for a bunch of classes all at once!

Either way, we’ll make sure you’re on the class list!

Five steps to prepare for TOPS online classes:

1. Find a comfortable space on the floor for a yoga mat and a chair (with props close by if you like to use them such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, pillows, etc).

2. Wear loose clothing.

3. Place your computer or other device in a position where you can easily see the screen and yourself. TAKE NOTE: If you cannot see yourself on the mat, then Martha cannot either (it's helpful to have the computer on a chair or small ladder that can be easily re-positioned if necessary).

4.Click on the ZOOM link from the invitation email you will receive to get to the meeting ‘waiting room’ and Martha will allow you in starting up to 15 minutes before the class time.

5. Once in the meeting, you can select Martha’s video ‘box’ to either pin the video (for computers) or activate speaker (for iPads). Also, make sure your audio is working :).

About the classes:

Each class will start sitting in a kitchen-type chair for a very gentle warm-up. Following this, we will do some movements standing up, on our knees, and then end lying down on the mat. Good for all levels of experience.

**Deepen your practice by attending our Scoliosis Saturdays morning classes!

Martha’s Scoliosis Saturdays class 'Somatic Yoga for Scoliosis and Fusions' offers a very gentle and foundational approach to movement that helps everyone to move with ease and without pain.

Gentle movement for scoliotic spines helps people breathe into their concavities, decompress their curves, derotate their twists, repattern their imbalances, reinforce new patterns, strengthen and stabilize weak areas, and in general feel better about their backs!
