RECAP: Body Care on the Beach 2023 — Troncones, Mexico

 

According to one participant, our 'Body Care on the Beach' retreat was the "very best ever". Everyone in the mix of students, friends and family who came from near and far reported enjoying the new experience of classes at the incredible Studio Casa Verde, perched above the beach on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, with views that go on forever. The combination of therapeutic yoga and Essential Somatics™ appealed to every BODY, and created a sense of peace, joy and unity in the group. Between classes, we enjoyed time by the pool, boogie boarding on the surfer’s beach, eating freshly caught seafood in the local fishing village, kayaking the estuary (including an epic trip to see the iguana sanctuary!), and a snorkelling excursion extraordinaire.
