FUSION FORUM

ONLINE

This (FREE!) online gathering helps to build awareness around how people with fusions can find ways to help themselves as they age. Facilitated by Martha Carter, each Forum features a few ‘fusioneers’ with impactful stories and learning to share, and finishes with a Q&A.

The next Fusion Forum will feature fusioneers who each specialize in different training systems to help others who have fusion. Movement Educators with Fusion is coming up on Thursday, December 10, 2026 from 1:00-2:30pm PT (4:00-5:30pm ET).

* Note: We are aware of a technical issue with our online scheduler related to the upcoming change to Pacific Time in British Columbia and how the scheduler is accommodating that change. When booking, the event may appear as starting at 12:00pm PT or 3:00pm ET. This is incorrect! The correct start time is 1:00pm PT (4:00pm ET). The scheduler team is working to resolve the issue.

You will receive an email confirmation after registering and then an email reminder 24 hours prior to the event.

Forums are recorded and available for replay on the TOPS YouTube page for those who cannot attend 'live'. Email us with any questions!

** Deepen your practice by attending our Scoliosis Saturdays and Gentle Sunday Yoga morning classes!

Martha’s ‘Scoliosis Saturdays’ class 'Somatic Yoga for Scoliosis and Fusions' offers a very gentle and foundational approach to movement that helps everyone to move with ease and without pain. Gentle movement for scoliotic spines helps people breathe into their concavities, decompress their curves, derotate their twists, repattern their imbalances, reinforce new patterns, strengthen and stabilize weak areas, and in general feel better about their backs!

‘Gentle Sunday Yoga’ is a casual yet stimulating Sunday starter! This class is gentle - with just the right amount of challenge for all levels and body types. Each class starts sitting in a kitchen-type chair for some deep breathing and gentle stretching. This is followed by dynamic movement which leads to restorative relaxation on the floor. From there, your Sunday has begun…
